Today we’re introducing Vero, the character layer of Vinci.
As Vinci grows across models, tools, workflows and research, we want the experience to feel more human while keeping the work precise. That is what Vero is for.
A character around the work
Vinci remains the system: the models, the tools, the research and the evidence behind them. Vero is the human-facing layer around that system.
Vero can greet you, guide you, explain what is happening and make a workflow’s state easier to understand. A working pose can suggest activity; a review pose can orient your attention. Neither is proof that an evaluation passed or a task is complete. Those conclusions need records and checks.
Warmth with restraint
We wanted a recognizable identity without making every interaction louder or less serious. Vero adds warmth while the typography, the product and the research remain in the foreground.
The visual world follows the same principle: off-white spaces, pale sage, matte ink and soft architectural light. Product scenes make abstract ideas tangible. They are editorial illustrations, not screenshots of a deployed interface.
One identity, several expressions
Pixel Vero works at small sizes: a compact mark in a header or a functional accent. Rich Vero belongs in selected editorial scenes, release art and explanatory surfaces. State poses can help explain a workflow without certifying its outcome.
You’ll see Vero on model cards, the website and release graphics, with the same approach extending into documentation and product surfaces. The aim is recognition, not repetition.
The rule we gave ourselves
Vero can make Vinci warmer. Vero cannot make Vinci softer.
The character adds personality and clarity. The evidence still has to stand on its own.
