Start with what’s public.
Individuals, businesses, and public institutions can begin with our public models, technologies, product updates, and documentation. If these resources leave a specific question unanswered, bring it to the team.

Find your starting point.

ExploreWhat to include
Describe one workflow or technical question related to our public work. A useful starting point is a specific failure, constraint, or evaluation gap, with a clear way to judge improvement. This is an exploratory conversation; scope and any deliverable would need to be agreed.
- Your organization and role, and the workflow or problem you want to address.
- Your current approach, what is failing, and the outcome you would like to assess.
- High-level technical, deployment, data, and security constraints; do not attach private materials.
- Your timing and relevant public links that help explain the challenge.
Keep the initial email non-confidential. Do not send credentials, private datasets, or confidential, classified, regulated, or personal records. Describe sensitive requirements at a high level.
How a collaboration could begin
Collaboration is exploratory. Fit, team availability, scope, and any next steps must be agreed before work begins. We do not promise a ready-made solution or a response time.
Understand the problem
Your initial email helps the team assess the question and whether it relates to our work.
Discuss fit and boundaries
If there is a fit and capacity, a discussion can clarify scope, data access, responsibilities, and evaluation needs.
Agree a bounded next step
Before proceeding, agree the intended outcome, evidence of success, and the practical conditions of the work.

For public institutions
Start with the public resources above, including the limitations of each model or technology. For an unanswered question, describe a bounded workflow, your current approach, and the evidence you would need to assess a possible next step.
Outline data sensitivity, security, accessibility, deployment, and procurement requirements at a high level. Fit, capacity, responsibilities, and these requirements would need to be assessed and agreed before any commitment.
