How I Think

Most founders want to raise money, scale fast, and exit. That's not me.

I want to build things I'll use for 30 years. Things that don't need constant fundraising. Things that work for me first, and maybe for others too.

SimpleDirect is an experiment in that philosophy.

I got tired of paying $20/month for AI wrappers with 300% markup. $50/month for changelog tools. $500/month for CRMs I barely used.

So I built my own infrastructure. Chat, Changelog, and now WorkOS. I use these tools every day. If they work for you too, great.

The model is simple: Free tools are free because influence > extraction. Paid tools are cost + 20% because I don't believe in rent-seeking.
