Do I need to meet any cash-flow or year-in-business requirement to be able to sign-up?

No, we want to make financing simple, that's why we made our platform available to use for every contractor. No matter which industry you are in and how many years you have started your business, your business can work with SimpleDirect Pro.

What kind of projects do you fund?

SimpleDirect Pro supports just about any project in the home-improvement industry.

As long as your client's project size is between $1,000 to $100,000, you can use SimpleDirect Pro.

Are you a national company? Which states do you support?

SimpleDirect Pro serves all 50 states plus D.C.

Pricing

Do I have to pay any monthly fee, start-up fee, dealer fee, or any other type of fees?

SimpleDirect provides flexible plans for all contractors. If your business has less than 2 fundings per month, and does not need a dedicated account manager, then SimpleDirect is totally free!

If you are a larger business with more than 2 fundings each month, and would like a dedicated account manager that keeps in touch with your business to provide immediate support, we can work with your business to find the right pricing plan.

Do I need to provide you my credit card number?

No, we don't ask for your credit card number. When you sign-up, we will only ask a few questions about your business such as your business name.

Will I be locked into a contract with SimpleDirect Pro?

No. Because SimpleDirect Pro is free, if you do not wish to continue using SimpleDirect Pro, you can close your account anytime at no cost.

I am a large contracting business, I would like to someone to help us manage our financing operations. Can you help?

What kind of financing does SimpleDirect Pro provide?

SimpleDirect Pro and its partners provide monthly instalment loans. This means your customers can break their projects into fixed, low monthly payments without having to tap into their home equity.

What is the project size SimpleDirect Pro can fund?

We can fund any project between $1,000 to $100,000.

What is the FICO score requirement for my clients?

We require every client to have at least 560 in their FICO scores.

We offer loans from 2 to 12 years in length.

What rates can my clients expect while using SimpleDirect Pro?

  • FICO 700 - 850: usually between 4% APR - 15% APR
  • FICO 640 - 700: usually between 11% APR - 25% APR
  • Below FICO 640: usually between 19% APR - 30% APR

Where does the money gets funded, my client or me?

SimpleDirect Pro funds the homeowner because:

  1. We can then fund them the total project cost upfront. You won't have to chase down the customers for payments after the job has been done. "Let me collect some money and I then I can pay you" isn't an excuse anymore.
  2. Protect your business from liabilities. If homeowners stop paying down their loans, the money paid to you is still yours. No future legal headache.
